My Witch Activity Checklist

As I’m just starting out along this path, I thought I’d create a checklist of all the witch activities I plan to do over the next year. I hope this helps anyone currently starting out with the craft too <3

Travelling and Moots

• Visit Spirit of Gaia festival in May Done
• Visit ancient woodlands like Puzzlewood Done
• Research spiritual places to visit and choose one to go to
• Attend a local moot in my hometown
• Go on a shopping spree in Magic Alley, Stratford
• Go foraging
• Visit the Museum of Witchcraft
• Visit Whitby and the magic shops there
• Visit Stonehenge
• Go to Spirit of Gaia festival again in September!

Celebrate the Sabbats

• Spring Equinox Done – Visit to Puzzlewood
• Beltane Done
• Summer solstice
• Lammas
• Autumn Equinox
• Samhain
• Winter Solstice
• Imbolc

Tools and tarot

• Read enough to memorise most card meanings
• Read for friends when they need guidance Done (and will keep doing more!)
• Receive my Alleyman’s Tarot deck and explore that
• Stock up on candles and other spellcasting requirements
• Explore crystal ball gazing and whether that works for me
• Dissect and understand more about what I might forage for myself

Books and reading

• Finish ‘Rebel Witch’ book activities
• Research sources of feminine and divine power through history
• Read and dissect all of my reference books and choose the best of them
• Study my personal chosen text and what it might teach me
• Further understand types of spell-craft

Extra stuff

• Watch more witchy/occult films for fun!
• Meditate more often
• Find a more permanent place for my physical altar
• Continue to keep a journal documenting my journey
